Fuzion Disk 0-Not Configured Error

After performing a Windows update or installing software that makes changes to the system (e.g. virtualization software), it is possible for Fuzion to incorrectly report a not configured error for your FuzeDrive SSD.

For 90% of cases, simply rebooting the PC will usually fix the problem. Do NOT change or attempt to reconfigure the device in this case if you have been successfully been running the device as this is due to an underlying Windows configuration change that is not recognized until a subsequent boot and the device is operating perfectly fine in most cases.

Example below: Immediately after a Windows update AND you were successfully configured before the Windows update or software install.



After reboot:



If the situation persists or this is a new installation, then your device is potentially unconfigured and the software needs to transform your drive from a physical to a virtual AI disk. Make sure any data is backed up that may be stored on the FuzeDrive SSD, then float you mouse over the red "X" next to the not configured message and follow any instructions provided.
